hmm havent blogged in ages..a little bird has started complaining so here i am...it's been wad 6months? rather lazy to put stuff up here la...to everyone who doesnt already know... im starting uni soon...looking forward to it or not? dont know really... kinda rusty to this expressing my feelings thing after so long...starting sketching sum stuff recently...copying simple drawings frm the Mr Men series (cus really, i CANT draw complicated stuff, they come out funny)...been pondering recently over the idea that many pple say left-handers are the creative sort who can use their right brain for music, art, blah...how come im not really like that? ive been stuck at stuff that's on the other extreme end...
in sec sch, i loved geog...hated history..but both are arts subjects...so i guess i was still neutral...attempted to draw stuff when i was even younger..i could always imagine the most beautiful things..yet when i picked up my pencil to start drawing..everything would come out wrong..so i never looked back at art again...in jc, i was a science student through and through...apart from listening to all kinds of music, there was nothing musical about me. i gave up piano when i was halfway thru grade one..hheh..guess i was just not interested...now..i dont know man..but i guess i still like baking (is that common for a creative left-hander?) and i like art and craft...even put together my own art n craft box during sec4..had this crazy thought during uni applications that i could try applying for architecture..where did that come from? hah..but i guess since God has opened up the door for me to pursue science i'll follow His will. will i become a forensic scientist and further my studies overseas? or will i join some art-related club or society in the u? oh! but i realised i can match colours n stuff...is that considered creative? im hoping that studying science is not 'rotting' my brain...and making me lose the creative side of me..save me! oh well...im blabbering..until next time... :)
